Todd has over 20 years of real estate experience in North America and Europe. As one of the founding executives and former Chief Executive Officer of TriGranit Development Corporation, he was an integral part of the senior management team from 1997-2006, which established operations in 12 countries throughout Central & Eastern Europe, developed a large portfolio of award winning projects, and positioned TriGranit as one of the leading developers in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining TriGranit, Todd held various positions within Trizec Properties in the areas of property management, asset management, development and investment during the years 1992 to 1996.

Prior to living in Budapest, Jordan was a Director of Leasing and Asset Management at Trizec Properties from 1994 to 1998.

Business Background
With over 25 years of design and project management experience in Canada and Europe, Steven is the former Development Director of TriGranit Development, one of the leading developers throughout Central & Eastern Europe. At TriGranit he was responsible for the project management and design of several large scale mixed-use shopping centers in Poland, Slovakia and Hungary and then the development of an A class high rise office building in Bratislava, Slovakia (Lakeside Park). Most recently, Steven completed the re-development of a new Terminal at the Budapest Airport and has now relocated to Montreal after 14 years in Central & Eastern Europe.

Steven heads project management in the areas of design and construction at CD Capital Partners and is currently involved with Ma Condos, a residential development comprised of 144 apartments in a 9 storey building in Montreal.
