CD Capital is committed to becoming a leading opportunistic real estate development and value-add investment group. The Company is privately held by the founders and typically forms partnerships with private and institutional investors.

CD Capital was founded by Todd Cowan and Jordan Dermer, previously the Chief Executive and Chief Development Officers of TriGranit Development where they were actively involved in the development of over 10 million square feet in Central and Eastern Europe from 1996 to 2006. Prior to this, both were executives at Trizec Properties performing asset management, acquisition and leasing across Canada.

In addition to some legacy projects in Central and Eastern Europe where the Company continues to be active, CD Capital has embarked on a number of exciting new residential and retail projects in Toronto and Montreal where it is involved in the investment, assembly and development of over 1,000 condominium units. These projects include Ma-Condos, a 150 unit, 9 storey condominium under development in Montreal as well as projects in Toronto including a significant development in the Yonge – Eglinton area and another one adjacent to the financial core downtown.
